Portland, OR 97205 Parking Instructions: My office is located on the 6th floor of the Stevens Building, at 812 SW Washington. It is between Park and 9th Ave, opposite O'Bryant Square. There is inexpensive parking located in the SmartPark underneath O'Bryant Square. This lot is accessible from Stark St. only, and is sometimes full. Also, it cannot accommodate larger vehicles such as SUVs. Another inexpensive Smartpark is located near the Central Library, off of 10th Ave., by Yamhill. There is also a surface lot just west of my office, at 10th and Washington. The initial evaluation lasts up to two hours, so you may wish to avoid parking meters, as they are good for only 90 minutes maximum. Driving Instructions from Vancouver and Points North: Take I-5 south to I-405. Bear left as you go over the bridge. Then get to the right lane, following signs for "City Center". Exit at Burnside. Go to the second traffic light (Burnside), and turn left. After just a few blocks you will see Stark St. angling off to the right. Bear right on Stark, going just a few blocks to 9th. Cross 9th, and turn right into the Smartpark driveway on your right. Directions from points south: Take I-5 North to the I-405/Beaverton (US 26W) City Center exit 299-B. Merge onto I-405, but get off after a very short distance at the 4th Ave exit (exit 1B). Take 4th Ave approx. one mile to Washington St. Turn left on Washington, right on Park, and turn left into the Smartpark driveway on your left just before the next intersection (with Stark).
